BPE2103 Organization, Administration and Management of Physical Education

The course targets the development of administrative and organization of school based physical education and sports programmes. The course also points out the current National Sports Policy and code of conduct of Physical Education and Sports and the legal implication.

Course objectives
At the end of this course the learner will be able to:

• Understand the principle of Administration and Management 
• Understand the process of Administration and Management
• Develop appropriate physical education curriculum and manage it
• Administer physical education and sports programs in schools
• Budget for various Education and Sports programs in schools
• Develop and manage physical education personnel in school
