MED5302: Entrepreneurship and Management

This course introduces the students to entrepreneurship and management of projects. It introduces students to skills in resource mobilization, business planning and risk management. The principles of managing projects are also discussed. 
 
Course objectives 
By the end of the course students should be able to; 

• Demonstrate skills in carrying out business feasibility studies 
• Demonstrate skills in writing a business plan 
• Demonstrate skills in resource mobilization and management.
• Apply principles of financial management.
