Brief Description

The guidelines herein are  intended for all Accounting Officers who hold responsibility for distributing copies of the document to the Contracts Committee and members of the Procurement and Disposal Unit of the Procuring and Disposing Entity. The prime  purpose is to provide guidance on procurement procedures and practices specifically tailored to emergency situations.  These guidelines serve as a framework to facilitate effective procurement and disposal practices during emergency situations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and expeditious handling of procurement processes.
